About Me
Hi, I'm Georgia.
I'm an Integrative Psychotherapist, Registered Member of the BACP, wife, and mum to three small humans.
Like many of the people I work with, I'm familiar with the challenge of balancing work, family and everything else life throws our way. My experience as both a parent and therapist has shown me how relationships, family and major life transitions can sometimes shine a light on the parts of ourselves we've never had time to properly understand.
Whether it's becoming a parent, navigating difficult family dynamics or carrying the weight of expectation for too long, there often comes a point where we need space to stop, reflect and make sense of things.
Before training as a psychotherapist, I spent over ten years in the corporate world and have since worked in crisis centres and mental health services, supporting people through a wide range of emotional challenges.
Whatever brings you here, my aim is simple: to offer a space where you feel heard, understood and able to explore what's going on at your own pace.
Here’s how I work
Online Therapy
All sessions take place online, making therapy easier to fit around work, family and everyday life.
No commute. No rushing. No judgement if you're joining from the sofa in your slippers.
Open-Ended
There is no set number of sessions.
Some people come for a short period, while others stay for longer. We regularly review how things are going and work at a pace that feels right for you.
Tailored To You
No two people are the same, so therapy shouldn't be either.
My integrative training allows me to draw on different approaches depending on what you want and need, rather than following a one-size-fits-all model.
A Safe, Collaborative Space
The relationship we build is at the heart of the work.
My aim is to create a space where you feel comfortable enough to be honest, explore what's going on and make sense of things together. We'll work collaboratively, shaping the therapy around you and what feels most important.
